Each instructor brings a wealth of knowledge from their distinguished careers, having served royalty, international celebrities, and elite clientele across the globe. Pierluigi Miceli
Pierluigi Miceli is a seasoned hospitality professional, trained at the prestigious International Hotel School of Fiuggi. He began his career at Rome's exclusive Hotel Eden Dorchester Collection and Harry's Bar, later becoming a certified sommelier in Rome. After working in London at renowned establishments like MoMo and Sketch, he specialized in Mediterranean viticulture in Santorini.
In 2012, Pierluigi joined the Venice Simplon Orient Express as a dining car manager and was named Best Employee by LQA. He went on to serve at Venice's Hotel Danieli and, in 2019, earned his Butler diploma from the British Butler Institute. After receiving his diploma Pierluigi served as the travelling butler for a F1 Driver and F1 Team Owner for 2 years. His recent roles include House Manager and Chef for a prominent English nobleman. In 2023 he started his studies as a learning and development trainer and he graduated at the same year holding the Trainers certificate from Epitome LTC, with distinction because of his high level of achievement in the academic program with over 150 hours of training physically and remotely.
Stathis Papachristofilou
Stathis Papachristofilou is a luxury hospitality trainer with over a decade of experience. After a successful 20-year career in real estate law, his passion for service led him to graduate from The British Butler Institute and serve as Head Butler to the Former Royal Family of Greece.
Praised by King Constantine II and Queen Anne-Marie, Stathis transitioned to training elite clients worldwide, working with private residences, mega yachts, jets, and 5-star hotels. He is now the Managing Director of Epitome Luxury Training & Consulting, a training and consulting company in Greece offering his services around the globe. He emphasizes the importance of educating both, the mind and the heart in hospitality industry.
